We founded Xootec in 2006 and embraced cloud technologies for SMEs, providing online backup and hosted email services before the term cloud became a common term. Over the years we have constantly evaluated new technologies to see which would fit our customer base and brought new services online when they provide better value.
We use all the services that we provide to our customers ourselves and test them thoroughly on our own business before we roll them out. If it’s not good enough for us, it’s not good enough for our customers!
We work with some of the biggest names in IT, such as Microsoft and Dell and have access to specialist support from our partners to ensure that whatever happens, we’re able to provide great quality IT support and strategic IT projects.
We’re lucky to have offices in a fabulous location in Belfast, in the heart of Sir Thomas and Lady Dixon Park. We’re committed to providing a great working environment for our staff and being located in a park means that everybody has the opportunity for taking a refreshing break from their desk by getting fresh air in natural surroundings.
